 | |  | Cod4 1.6 + map pack | Great news! Heads up that the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Variety Map Pack sponsored by NVIDIA will be available worldwide for our PC players next week on June 5th!
NVIDIA is making it possible for PC players to download the map pack for Free on the PC thanks to their sponsorship. In addition, expect to see quite a few promotions popping up leading up to the launch of the map packs on the 5th and beyond. I know NVIDIA has a lot of great things planned for PC users in addition to maps becoming available.
There’s going to be some PC specific previews going up online this weekend I believe that will cover how well the maps play on the PC version as well as some contests and promotions happening all next week. I’ll be posting up details on them as they get started all this week!
The Variety Map Pack includes four new maps for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare multiplayer including Broadcast, Chinatown, Killhouse, and Creek.
In addition to the map pack hitting, PC Players will be receiving the 1.6 Patch for the PC version of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare that will add support for the new maps, fix a server crash exploit recently reported by the community, and a few additional features / bug fixes. I will post a full patch notes list next week. |

We want to inform you that we have released a new version of BHDPinger today, version 6.0.
BHD Pinger will make it able not to browse thru all the NovaWorld lobby pages in order to find your server to play at.
Pinger will show all the servers in one screen and makes it possible to generate your own favourites list from where you can join the DFBHD server directly.

Important information
* Server hosters
If you host multiple servers on 1 IP adress then you probally have different portnumbers for your hosted BHD game.
Insert your 5-digit portnumber when it's not the default one (17479) inside the servername or servermessage in order to let BHDPinger users add your server to the favourites list of BHDPinger.
* Windows Vista users
Use BHDPinger only with administration rights, otherwise errors will occur and BHDPinger will not function well.

long time there has been no significant update to vwar.
None of the updates could remove all major and minor bugs.
For that reason I am very pleased, that VWar is still so popular.
I think that indicates how strong the demand for a all-in-one solution in the area of online-gaming is.
For a long time I was quite unsure how to proceed in this matter conceptual.
None of the former solutions satisfied me.
Now it seems we got an really acceptable solution which will be on behalf of all current and future users.
The key facts are:
(1) The development of VWar will be continued
(2) VWar will still remain freeware
The co-operation between vwar.de and StyleWar.co.uk has ended.
We'll offer new versions only on vwar.de. There have been a few problems by assigning distribution rights to a third party.
Due to the restructuring measures it will take a few weeks until we are able to present the new VWar.

| |  | A little break ... |
In order to shut some big mouth, and stop some rumors, u will find here why we are not anymore in FGL league.
Team will take a little break for the upcoming 15 days. Since few weeks we have to face a lack of interest from an important part of our roster in dfbhd. This came for several reasons like exams, sport training, watching soccer on tv, real life and so on ... and at this moment we are not even able to get 6 players together at the same time to play our matches !!
In order to prevent our opponents and us from a lot of no show, which is, for me, a major lack of respect, i decided to set dfbhd team as "in-active" for a while .
That's the main reason u won't see us anymore in the FGL ladder (status : in-active) or in any other official ladder or tournament. All our upcoming matches have been deleted after a talk between match-co.
That doesn't mean we stop bhd, that just means we will need some time to recover a full and motivated roster to play seriously again.
See you after may 15th 2008 !
